A 16-page workshop handbook introducing the Design Thinking methodology to KAMproject's executive audience — covering theory, human-centric principles, the five-stage workshop process and a comparative case for design-led problem solving.

KAMproject, a professional training provider, needed a handbook introducing Design Thinking to workshop participants.
Translate a dense academic methodology — Stanford/IDEO origins, Wicked Problems, human-centric principles and a five-stage process — into a single, readable handbook that a workshop facilitator can hand to participants on day one.
We built a modular editorial structure around a consistent purple–magenta KAMproject palette: a striking two-tone cover, chaptered spreads with photographic anchors (David Kelley, Tim Brown), a four-column IDEO principles table, a five-node process diagram, and a full-page comparison matrix contrasting Design Thinking with traditional problem solving. Footnoted sources and a trainer biography close the document with scholarly credibility.
Definition, origins, principles, the five-stage process and a comparison with traditional problem solving — ordered as the workshop is taught.
The KAMproject purple–magenta palette, a four-column principles table, a five-node process diagram and a full-page comparison matrix.
A compact handbook that follows the workshop sequence and shares its visual system with the wider KAMproject series.
Cover and publication — the series identity applied to a compact handbook.

Principles and definitions — theory organised into scannable tables.

Process and comparison — the five stages and a full-page matrix.
