A multi-page negotiation workshop handbook for KAMproject's Value Negotiator programme — covering negotiation theory, the KAM Project Value Star, negotiator competencies, ten core techniques (anchoring, ZOPA, BATNA), and a full library of manipulation counter-techniques.

KAMproject's Value Negotiator programme — a full negotiation curriculum delivered in workshops.
Package a complete negotiation curriculum — from first principles and the three foundations through game theory, cultural differences and 32½ manipulation techniques — into one coherent handbook a facilitator can teach from and a participant can revisit.
We designed the handbook around the KAMproject purple–magenta system, opening with a bold diagonal-split cover and structuring the content into teachable scenes and lessons. Signature diagrams carry the methodology: the three-axis Value Star (Relations, Added Value, Benefits), a positional-vs-problem-based comparison table, a WIN-WIN outcome grid, and a Prisoner's Dilemma matrix. Worked 'scene' dialogues and bulleted technique breakdowns make abstract theory actionable.
Foundations, competencies, core techniques and a counter-technique library, divided into scenes and lessons a facilitator can teach from.
The KAMproject purple–magenta system with signature diagrams — the Value Star, WIN-WIN grid and Prisoner's Dilemma matrix.
A 50+ page curriculum published as one coherent handbook, sharing a visual system with the other KAMproject workshops.
Programme architecture — foundations and lessons laid out in teaching order.

Signature frameworks — the Value Star and negotiation styles as diagrams.

Decision models — WIN-WIN and the Prisoner's Dilemma presented as matrices.
